UGA Launches First AI Certificate Programs for Undergraduates Starting Fall 2025

UGA rolls out its first AI certificates beginning Fall 2025! A certificate can be earned by taking 16 credit hours of AI-related course work. Institute for AI's Certificate in AI - Computing targets undergraduate students with strong interests in developing AI models and systems. Terry College's Certificate in AI - Business is suited for students in UGA's business majors with interests in the use of AI for business and organizational decision making. Both certificates share some foundational courses in AI and ethics.
